Boundaries Work

A letter from Ian

Peaceful Power™

Six weeks, one-to-one. Boundaries coaching and RTT® hypnotherapy with Ian Simpson.

I've got five founding places left on Peaceful Power™, my six-week, one-to-one coaching and RTT® hypnotherapy programme for successful women who are tired of keeping the peace by giving themselves away.

In six weeks, you'll know what you want, say it clearly, and hold your boundary when the guilt hits, without shutting down, blowing up, or taking it back five minutes later.

I've been doing this work one-to-one since 2022, with RTT®, coaching and clinical hypnotherapy. The women I've worked with say things like "I had locked myself in my own box" and "You are making me feel valued, and helping me to realise my own value." (That second one came straight after a good cry. The useful kind.)

From the outside, your life probably looks pretty successful.

People trust you. They rely on you. At work, at home, in your family, you're the capable one… the one who sorts things out.

And somewhere along the way, being dependable started costing you.

You say yes while your whole body is quietly screaming no. One more meeting, one more favour, one more problem that's wandered across the room and sat down in your lap... You seem to be the only one who cares about everyone else. You tell yourself you're being kind.

Then the resentment creeps in.

You get tired.
Short-tempered.
Quiet.

Or you finally snap over something tiny, and suddenly the mug in the sink has caused an international incident.

It wasn't really the mug. It was the 47 times you said nothing before it.

I know this pattern from the inside.

For years I helped people because I wanted them to like me………..

…..then I quietly resented them for accepting the help I kept offering.

Uncomfortable to realise.
Also liberating.

Fifteen-plus years of corporate life and high-pressure sales showed me every way a boundary gets tested (usually with a very impressive PowerPoint and a “we really appreciate you”).

So, a quick word on who this isn't for.

If you want a magic sentence that makes everyone else suddenly easier to deal with, this isn't it.

Same if you'd rather keep blaming the difficult person while your own automatic yes stays completely untouched.

But…. if you're:

I built this for you.

Especially for you if you've ever said

"It's fine"

While your face, shoulders and digestive system were all submitting a formal complaint.

Here's how the six weeks go.

We start with building Responsive Boundaries.

In session one we draw the line: what's yours, what isn't, and where your limits really are.

In session two you get the words for one live boundary, and a plan for what to do when they push.

So by the end of week two, you've had one honest conversation you've been putting off for months. And you didn't need to arrive with a flamethrower.

Then… Trust Yourself.

Session three is your RTT® session, the Deep Reset. Boundary struggles usually have an old belief underneath them:
"I have to be useful."
"I can't disappoint people."
"If I stop carrying everything, the wheels will fall off."

We find where yours began and change it at the root, and you leave with a hypnosis recording made around you.

In session four you learn to catch that old story mid-sentence, challenge it, and choose a different path… without needing me beside you every time.

Then… Calm Response.

Session five is your body: the tight chest, the dropping stomach, the guilt that turns up with a clipboard.

You'll have two or three simple ways to stay steady long enough for the new habit to take root.

Session six is Live It, your plan for carrying this on in real life, long after we've finished.

Here's what you get.

  • Six one-to-one sessions over six to eight weeks (12 weeks max, as sometimes life gets in the way!): five 90-minute coaching sessions and your RTT® session (allow two and a half hours), so there's proper room for your actual life, not just a worksheet.
  • Your own hypnosis recording, to listen to for 21 days and keep for life, so the work keeps settling in between sessions instead of relying on willpower.
  • Tools and methods like: Boundary DNA™, so you can word a boundary in a way that sounds like you, not like a strangely assertive HR policy.
  • WhatsApp support between sessions, so when the "I nearly took it back, help" moment arrives on a random Tuesday afternoon, you've got somewhere to bring it before you undo your own progress.
  • Two months of the Peaceful Power™ AI toolkit, so you can word the boundary, rehearse the conversation and talk yourself down from an old yes at ten at night (when I'm hopefully asleep).

The founding rate is £900 paid in full, or three payments of £400. Once the last five founding places have gone, the price goes up to £2,500. In return, I'll ask for honest feedback as we go and, if you're happy to, a testimonial.

Choosing a coach is personal.

A page can tell you plenty. Working together tells you more. So if, after your first two sessions, you feel Peaceful Power™ isn't the right fit, I'll buy the programme back and refund everything you've paid. Clean. Simple. No awkward conversation where we both pretend everything's fine.

Here's how to start.

  1. Step 1: Book your free 30-minute call.

    Book your free call
  2. Step 2: We talk through what's happening and whether Peaceful Power™ feels right for both of us. You talk, I ask nosy questions.

  3. Step 3: If it's a yes, I'll send the agreement and the payment link. Your place is confirmed once your payment (or first instalment) is in, and we get ready for week one.

You've spent a long time being the person everyone else can rely on.

Peaceful Power™ gives you six weeks to start becoming someone you can rely on too.

One clear boundary.

One honest conversation.

One calm decision at a time.

Ian

P.S. You don't have to wait for week one to get something useful. Take the free deeper quiz (8 to 10 minutes) and your full PDF report lands in your inbox straight away: your archetype, its gift, its shadow, and your first step. Bring it to your call and we'll start with you, not a blank page.
