Free coaching draw: terms

The short version: it's free to enter, two winners are picked at random each month, and each wins one free one-to-one coaching session with Ian. Here's the detail.

1. Who runs it. The draw is run by IDSFC Ltd, trading as Boundaries Work, Unit 1b Starting Gate, 24-28 Brockenhurst Road, Ascot, Berkshire SL5 9DL. Questions: [email protected].
2. Who can enter. Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in the UK, except people who work for IDSFC Ltd, their households, and current Peaceful Power™ clients.
3. It's free. You don't need to buy anything or pay anything to enter.
4. How to enter. Fill in the form at grow.reconnectyourself.co.uk/win-free-coaching. One entry per person in each monthly draw. Entries made in bulk or by automated means don't count.
5. Closing date. Each month's draw closes at 23:59 (UK time) on the last day of the month. Entries after that go into the next month's draw. If the draw ever ends, we'll say so on this page first.
6. The prize. Two winners each month. Each wins one free one-to-one coaching session with Ian (60 minutes, online by video call), to be booked within 3 months of being told they've won. There's no cash alternative, and the prize can't be swapped or passed on to someone else.
7. How winners are picked. At random, from all the valid entries, using a random number generator, within 7 days of the closing date.
8. Telling the winners. By email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner doesn't reply within 14 days, another winner is picked at random.
9. Before your session. The session is coaching. It isn't medical or psychological treatment, and it doesn't replace advice from your GP or a mental health professional. Before booking, there's a short check that coaching is right for you at the moment. If it isn't, we'll point you to better support and keep your prize open for up to 6 months.
10. Winners' names. We keep a record of every draw. If you ask, we'll tell you the first name and county of the winners, unless a winner has asked us not to.
11. Your details. We use your entry to run the draw and contact you if you win, as set out in our privacy notice. We only send you marketing emails if you tick the box on the entry form, and ticking it makes no difference to your chances of winning. You can unsubscribe at any time.
12. Sharing your story (only if you want to). After your session, we might ask if you'd be happy for your experience to be used anonymously in our marketing or in a future podcast. It's completely up to you, and saying no makes no difference to your prize. Sessions are only recorded if you agree first. If you say yes: your name and anything that could identify you are changed, someone else reads it (it's never your voice), you see it before it's used, and you can change your mind at any point before it's published.
13. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The draw isn't sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook, Meta or LinkedIn, or connected with them in any way. By entering, you release them from any responsibility for it.
14. If something changes. If something outside our control means we have to change or cancel the draw, we'll say so on this page and treat everyone who has entered fairly.
15. The law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
