Our responsibility to you

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing takes away your legal rights as a consumer. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have expected, or for business losses.

Things outside our control. We aren't responsible for delays or problems caused by events we couldn't reasonably prevent or avoid, such as a cyber attack on, or an outage at, one of the companies whose systems we use, as long as we've taken reasonable steps to protect against it and do what we reasonably can to put things right.

Your own devices and accounts. Please keep your passwords private and your devices secure. We aren't responsible for what happens if someone gets into your email, phone, computer or login details, unless it's because of something we did wrong.

If something affects your information. If a security problem affects your information, we'll tell you, and the Information Commissioner's Office, whenever the law requires it.

If something goes wrong

Please tell us at [email protected]. We'll reply within 5 working days and do our best to put it right.

Changes and the law

We may update this page. If a change affects something you've already bought, we'll tell you first. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
