Peaceful Power Tools: membership terms
The short version: 14 days free, then a monthly membership you can cancel any time from your account. Here's the detail. You're buying from Darlings Facials Ltd, trading as Boundaries Work (who we are).
- What it is. Online tools that use AI to help you think through, word and practise your boundaries, at tools.boundaries.work. AI can get things wrong, so you decide what to say and do. The tools aren't therapy, and they aren't for emergencies. If you're struggling right now, you can call Samaritans free on 116 123, any time.
- Price. The monthly price is the one shown on the Tools page and at checkout, before you pay. If you join with a founding or graduate discount, you keep it for as long as you stay a member.
- Free trial. Your first 14 days are free. You add a card to start, and nothing is charged if you cancel within the 14 days. We'll email you before your trial ends. After that, you're charged monthly until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account, with no phone call and no questions. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part months, unless the law says we must.
- Your right to cancel. UK law gives you 14 days to change your mind after joining. The free trial covers those 14 days, so cancelling in that time costs you nothing.
- Price changes. We'll tell you at least 30 days before your price changes, so you can cancel first if you want to.
- Fair use. Your membership is for you. Please don't share your login, or use the tools to harm anyone.
- If the tools change or close. We may improve or change them. If we close them, we'll give you notice and refund any time you've paid for and can't use.
- Your information. Our privacy notice explains what we keep and why, including what you type into the tools.

Things outside our control. We aren't responsible for delays or problems caused by events we couldn't reasonably prevent or avoid, such as a cyber attack on, or an outage at, one of the companies whose systems we use, as long as we've taken reasonable steps to protect against it and do what we reasonably can to put things right.
Your own devices and accounts. Please keep your passwords private and your devices secure. We aren't responsible for what happens if someone gets into your email, phone, computer or login details, unless it's because of something we did wrong.
If something affects your information. If a security problem affects your information, we'll tell you, and the Information Commissioner's Office, whenever the law requires it.
If something goes wrong
Please tell us at [email protected]. We'll reply within 5 working days and do our best to put it right.
Changes and the law
